The Power Academy at Coastal Performance is a 6-Week fitness and golf training program that combines expert coaching, state of the art technology, and a motivating, fun training environment.  When you complete this program, you’ll not only be longer, your game and body will be in peak condition to drastically lower your scores and maximize your enjoyment on the course!

 

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? 

 

After completing an extensive game and body assessment, including a full analysis session on our Trackman 4, Brendan Hayden will custom design a plan to make your par 5 in two dreams come true.  Together you’ll review your test results and lay out your schedule and goals for the program.  Since no two swings or bodies are the same, maximizing power requires a unique prescription for every player.  Brendan will pinpoint exactly where the power leaks are for you and focus your training sessions on improving the areas where your BIGGEST improvements will come from! 

 

WHATS SPECIAL ABOUT THIS PROGRAM? 

 

Sure, there are lots of “golf” workout programs, websites, and videos out there, so what makes this different?  For one, Brendan possesses a unique background as not only a performance coach and PGA Tour Fitness consultant, but also as an expert in the golf swing itself and competitive player.  In addition, Hayden has twice made it to regional qualifying for the REMAX World Long Drive Championship, so he understands firsthand the secrets to hitting it LONG.  In addition, Coastal Performance is one of the few fitness facilities in the Southeast to have a complete Trackman 4 Simulator setup, which gives us access to the same data PGA Tour pros use to maximize their results.  The Coastal Power Academy is a comprehensive system requiring no additional outside practice or training during the six weeks.  You’ll be able to not only train in the gym but practice drills and full swings in the hitting bay, all under the watchful eye of Hayden and our talented staff.  

 

THIS IS A COMPLETELY CUSTOMIZED TRAINING PROGRAM TAILORED TO YOUR INDIVIDUAL BODY AND SWING.

 

Each training session is just for you.  Your entire program for the six weeks is designed to make YOU longer, fitter, and better.  Every time you step in the door, your entire golf swing, workout, and recovery protocol for the day will be there waiting for you.  Our flexible scheduling system ensures you’ll never miss a training session.  This program is designed to be adjusted for age, physical ability, and skill, so we’ll get more yards for ANYONE who’s serious about improving. 

 

 

You’ll get constant feedback and data to track your progress.  The goal of the Coastal Power Academy is to produce MEASUREABLE results.  As you move through the program, we’ll continue tweaking your training in response to our continued testing.  At the end of the six weeks, provided you’ve put in the work, you’ll be able to see how much has changed since Day 1.   

 

 

Other cool stuff will happen also.  So while the major goal of this program is to hit it longer, you’ll notice some other good stuff happening over the six weeks also.  You’ll move and feel better.  You’ll be stronger.  If you follow our nutrition and recovery guidelines, you’ll look better also.  In addition, through the use of the Trackman, your ENTIRE game will improve dramatically.

 

WHO SHOULDN’T DO THIS PROGRAM?  

 

SPACE IS LIMITED.  There are only 10 spots available for the Coastal Power Academy.  Pure and simple, this is for those who are serious about getting longer and improving their games.  While lots of other great things will happen for your body as a result of the program, If your major reason for training is something else i.e. losing weight, getting stronger, etc… we’ve got other options for focusing on that.  As we mentioned earlier, there aren’t any specific age, gender, or skill restrictions on this program.  However, if you’re playing competitive events during the six week period, we recommend you wait until you’ve got a clear schedule.  Same goes for traveling or big family and work committments.  You’ll need to be available for a minimum of two seventy-five minute training sessions per week;  However, for maximum benefit we recommend the three to four time per week option.

Fill out the application below.  Brendan will contact you within 48 hours and, provided you are a good fit and there is space available, schedule an initial assessment session.  During this time you’ll get to review the program in-person and go through some of the baseline tests we designed.  After that, we will be able to make an accurate estimate of how much improvement you’ll be able to make from the Academy.  If everythings good from there, we’ll get you on the schedule for your first session with Brendan!
